HOW MANY SETS OF PLANS SHOULD YOU ORDER?: We suggest a minimum of 5 sets. You will need plans for the builder, sub-contractors (plumbing, heating, electrical), permit department, loan application, and an owner set. If you plan to use F.H.A. or V.A. financing, you should order a total of 8 sets. ORDER ALL THE SETS OF PLANS YOU WILL NEED AT ONE TIME: to take advantage of the savings for additional sets. All plan orders are printed at your specific request. All sales are final. The purchase of additional sets of home plans at a reduced price, as a part of a multiple set package, does not convey to the buyer a license to construct more than one dwelling.
